Duo Arcade for iPhone · Last updated 15 August 2026
Duo Arcade is made by Fresaberry, a one-person app studio run by Wallace Ting. You can reach us at hello@fresaberry.com. This policy covers the Duo Arcade app for iPhone and this website.
Nothing.
That is not a summary of a longer answer — it is the whole answer. Duo Arcade has no sign-up, no user profile, no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK, no advertising identifier, and no server of its own. There is no mechanism in the app by which information about you could reach us, because the app never contacts us.
| Kind of data | Do we collect it? |
|---|---|
| Name, email address, contact details | No |
| Device or advertising identifiers | No |
| Location, precise or coarse | No |
| What you play, when, or how often | No |
| Crash reports and diagnostics | No |
| Words typed in Hangman | No |
| Purchase history | No — Apple handles purchases |
The app remembers a few things so it behaves sensibly the next time you open it: your theme choice, whether sound is on and how loud, which games you have favourited, how many free Hangman plays you have left, and whether you have bought premium.
All of that is written to your device's own storage and stays there. It is never transmitted anywhere. Deleting the app deletes it.
When one player sets a word for the other to guess, that word is held in the phone's memory for the length of the round and then discarded. It is not saved, not uploaded, and not seen by anybody except the person you handed the phone to.
Duo Arcade offers one optional purchase: a single non-consumable that unlocks Hangman permanently, removes the in-app promotions for premium, and covers every game added later.
That purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account, or your name. What the app receives back from Apple is a yes-or-no answer about whether the unlock has been bought, and it stores that answer on your device.
Apple's own handling of the transaction is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not by this one.
Duo Arcade shows promotions for its own premium unlock until you buy it. Those are the only ads in the app.
There is no advertising network involved. Nothing about you, your device or your play is used to select them — they rotate on their own. No third party is paid to place them and no third party receives anything from us. Buying premium removes them.
Duo Arcade is rated 4+ and is suitable for children. Because the app collects no information at all, it collects none from children either — which means there is nothing for a parent to request, review or delete. The app is not submitted to the App Store's Kids Category.
The app does contain one in-app purchase. If you would rather a child could not make it, iOS Screen Time settings can turn in-app purchases off at the device level.
Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export or delete the personal information a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to produce or erase. If you would like that confirmed in writing, email hello@fresaberry.com and we will say so.
This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no JavaScript, and has no analytics or tracking of any kind. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention, as any web host does. It loads two fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request for those font files.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. If a future version of the app ever collects anything at all, that change will be described here plainly and before it ships, not after.
Questions about this policy, or about anything in the app: hello@fresaberry.com.
