Duo Arcade for iPhone · Last updated 15 August 2026
Email hello@fresaberry.com. A real person reads it, and you will normally hear back within two working days.
It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and which game you were in when the problem happened.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. That asks Apple directly what this Apple Account has bought and re-applies it. It is also what to use after reinstalling the app or moving to a new phone.
If it still does not unlock, make sure the phone is signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then email us with the date of the purchase and we will help.
It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.
No. 4 in a Row and Sink the Ship are free, with no limits, for as long as you want them. Hangman is free for three plays so you can see whether you like it.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — we have no ability to issue one. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. If something in the app was broken and that is why you are asking, email us as well so we can fix it.
Start a game and choose two players. The app tells you whose turn it is and, in Sink the Ship, covers the board while the phone changes hands so nobody sees the other fleet. Then you simply pass it across.
Yes. Every game has a bot with three difficulty settings, and the app describes each one before you choose — Easy walks into your traps, Hard sets its own.
Yes, all of it, including Hangman. The dictionary is built into the app. Nothing in Duo Arcade needs a connection, and airplane mode changes nothing about how it plays.
Every game has a How to play page. Tap the book icon in the top right of a game screen, or open the How to play tab from the home screen. Each one ends with a tip that is genuinely worth knowing.
The dictionary is large but not infinite, and we would rather hear about a gap than have you assume the game is broken. Email the word to hello@fresaberry.com and it will go into the next update.
Duo Arcade collects nothing about you — no account, no analytics, no crash reporting, no ad network, and no network calls at all. Settings and progress are stored on your phone and deleted with the app.
The full detail is on the privacy policy page.
Email hello@fresaberry.com with what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it is something you can reproduce, the steps to reproduce it are the most useful thing you can send.
